benenden has been providing healthcare to UK customers and members since 1905 and is the leader in its field.
In recent years the market has demanded that benenden embark upon a programme of new service provision. The company wished to develop a strategy to fully harness this demand and provide best value.
We were commissioned to undertake a comprehensive root and branch review of benenden’s sales strategy and processes and make top level, strategic recommendations to the group’s Board.
In parallel we sharpened up marketing messages and developed a new corporate sales presentation.
