Castleoak is very well known in the healthcare sector and beyond for its market-leading development, construction, funding, manufacturing and aftercare services.

They are widely recognised as the specialists for care, retirement and assisted living development.

To date Castleoak have delivered over 200 care homes and 2,000 assisted and retirement apartments across the UK.

However, their success has not bred complacency.

During 2015 the Board decided to formalise, optimise and document certain key aspects of their sales and go-to-market activities.

One of our consultant facilitators ran two one-day workshops with Castleoak’s main business divisions to identify current best practice and areas meriting optimisation.

The outcomes from these sessions were short, easy-to-follow process flows to act as a reference guide for selling and proposal development.

And because the marketing and business development teams were involved in the workshops alongside of Castleoak’s directors, a real and deep sense of ownership of the new processes was attained.
